We collaborate to create an enriching environment where each and every learner is engaged to become an accomplished, caring and empowered global citizen.
CIS is home to almost 1,000 students and their families. We pride ourselves on fostering a vibrant environment where students from diverse cultural backgrounds come together to learn and grow. The school community is uncompromising in its commitment to quality, student learning and well-being. CIS students enjoy world-class facilities at three centrally located campuses in the heart of Phnom Penh. We value outdoor green spaces, inspiring architecture and special programs that enrich the experiential, inquiry-based learning experience for all students.
Koh Pich Campus
Koh Pich Campus is home to our Elementary School, Middle School and High School. Spread over 3 hectares on Koh Pich (Diamond Island), it boasts gardens, covered play areas, atria and a natural grass soccer field. Indoors, students enjoy makerspaces, a sports complex, libraries, pottery studio, theatre, orchestra room, recording studio, science labs and art loft.
Bassac Garden Campus
Bassac Garden Campus is located on a private, leafy side street in Tonle Bassac. The campus serves students in our Early Years Program. A new atelier provides 13 unique learning spaces, as well as an open-air eating area, gymnasium, shallow swimming pool and outdoor playground.
Olympia City Campus
Nestled in the Olympia City Complex in 7 Makara, Olympia City Campus hosts students in our Early Years Program. Students enjoy multiple open-plan learning spaces and an outdoor playground.

With over 2 million residents, Phnom Penh offers a unique blend of history and modernity. Its historic core features landmarks like the Royal Palace with its Silver Pagoda, the Independence Monument, and the National Museum, showcasing the country’s rich Khmer heritage.
The city’s vibrant cultural tapestry includes Khmer as the predominant language, complemented by English, increasingly used in business and education.
Phnom Penh is also emerging as a creative hub, with art galleries, design studios, and cultural events celebrating both local and international artists.
